Shipping and Returns

Our shipping policy

We want to get your Bumrs® to you as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Bumrs® to good use sooner.

Please note, unfortunately we are unable to amend, add to, or cancel an order once it has been placed, as your order goes direct to the warehouse for picking.

All parcels we send out use track and trace facilities, and does not require a signature on delivery by default. It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

Bumrs offers free shipping on orders $160 and up in Australia. All orders under $160 will be charged a flat $10.00 fee.

All New Zealand orders will be charged a flat $20.00 fee.

Shipping Times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland. Shipping will be with either Australia or DHL, depending on the size of your order and delivery location. This will be indicated when you receive your shipping and tracking notification from us. 

Returns overview

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Returns

Bumrs will not be held liable for lost in transit returned parcels.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bumrs.com and send your item to: Bumrs HQ | 2/13 John Duncan Court, Varsity Lakes, Queensland, 4227.​

Shipping returns

To return your product, in its original packaging along with a copy of your proof of purchase, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
